It took two months for my mascaras to arrive. No explanation until I emailed twice. I like the mascara. It is very nice but the tube is very small.

Hello, Alicia! So sorry to hear that our mascara did not worked out for you. As we said, we provide 60-day guarantee for our customers. You contacted us and told us that our mascara did not lengthened your lashes and asked for a refund. We refunded your money right away after receiving your email :) We also wanted to mention that lengthening effect cannot be seen after first or second time of using our mascara. BlissLash Mascara is serum-based so it heals your lashes in the long-term. But anyway thanks for your review, even if it`s a 1-star review!
