This is the second time I have ordered Bliss Elixir. The first time, waited ages for them to arrive after an angry e mail from me! I thought this couldn't happen to me again, and I really love the serum and I think it makes a huge difference to my skin, and ordered again. Once again, I am still waiting for them to be sent off over 2 weeks later. Such a shame that they have such a good product with such awful customer service!

It took two months for my mascaras to arrive. No explanation until I emailed twice. I like the mascara. It is very nice but the tube is very small.
