NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT ORDERED SEPT 7 2026

Do not order from this thieving company, they do not send out the order and if you ask for a refund they do not give your money back. This is a horrible company.

I want to close my account and get a refunf. I didn’t get a refund even though I requested one

posted NO DELIVERIES LEFT IN THE ALLEY...ALL DELIVERIES ARE TO BE MADE TO MY FRONT DOOR WHplaced an order and received conformation on May 8 uniun is thy package on garbage day in the alley where i have 2 signsERE MY MAILBOX IS. I first contacted uniun to let the know the delivery service they use..the delivery person left mat either homeless persons picked up the package or the garbage man thought it was trash...i have since sent 5 emails to bliss to resend my order and they have not responded...only when i left a negative review on the follow up email from bliss how do you like your purchase i got a response saying someone from customer service will be contacting me that was two weeks ago and still nothing from customer service 80$ lost....do not order from them imo

Buyer beware! Scam artists! I placed an order and my MasterCard was charged and never received my order. Upon contacting customer service for a refund it has been one excuse after another. I have not received my order or my refund and it has been over 1 month. Save your money and shop elsewhere. I am hoping by writing this review it will save other people from going through what I just went through. Buyer BEWARE !!!

I'd like to give no stars. Ordered 3 months ago. Never got it. Buyer beware.

Bliss is a SCAM. I purchased in January and never received the order. When I checked my card statement there was a duplicate order charged. That's more than $300 that they took. I keep messaging them and getting a response stating that they sent it to there financial team to take care of. When I state I want a refund of all charges, No Response. Still waiting.

Did not receive $63.00 of this company's skin products! Am SO angry that I was taken for my money like so many others! Can't email them because it's not a legal email address! Now, who should I contact?
