This was an unbelievable surprise when I contacted customer support to exchange my shoe order with the right size. I’d measured my foot as they suggested and came up with the size I ordered but when they arrived they were just a tad too short and a bit uncomfortable. Customer service immediately responded with a new order with the right size and to keep the first order to donate!! Thanks so much!!

I had a mix up with my shipping label and contacted Barevita Footwear. I worked with Emma Collins. She provided excellent service and follow up. I received my shoes this week and the fit great and are very comfortable. Bravo Barevita!

Hands down the most comfortable shoe ever.

I ordered a pair of shoes that were too big, this company has told me to donate the larger ones and they are sending me a new pair that should fit… at no charge!!! What company does this? I’m overjoyed! Thank u Barevita, I will order from your company anytime!

To Barevita: I opened my first purchase after Labor Day, Sept 6, 2026. As far as looks, it was love at first sight! But, somehow I misjudged the size and mine were too small. So, I reached out to Customer Support, and the manager, Emma Collins answered right back. She said she would calculate the size that she felt would fit, and, if I agreed, they would send a replacement pair, that size. They arrived, I tried them on, they fit perfectly and I wore them to an appointment Monday! (even received a compliment!) ☺️   I’m thrilled! Emma was correct about the size! I took a photo of them before I got ready for bed last night, so I could send it to her Tuesday!  Barevita’s customer support was OUTSTANDING! Thank you, Emma! Best regards,  Carol,Morris  P.S. I requested an extension of time available to return purchased item b/c I broke my hand & can't drive. Emma was so compassionate & patient when I made it more difficult than I intended. She found the best solution. Thank you.

Love these shoes - I have wide feet and these are perfect- plenty of room for my toes to move . Very happy with this purchase.
