I haven’t received my order yet, but just based on their customer service, I will likely return! I had an issue with my order regarding shipping but everything was addressed within five minutes of emailing them. My issue was resolved by the end of business day and I couldn’t be happier with the speed and quality of service!

I love my Autobrush, enough to where I got my mom one too! Unfortunately I did lose my base when I moved houses and in a nearly irrational panic contacted the team to try and just get a discount on I new base to continue- they actually ended up giving me a whole new setup for free!! The team was amazing with the entire thing and after learning my issue were so easy to deal with. It was all a very quick endeavor too! With ADHD it used to be hard to keep up my dental hygiene as I should, but after trying autobrush I even have been regularly flossing! Motivation from using a toothbrush is so funny, but hey if it works it works. I love how they do it for kids and adults, sizes and all. I am proud to be a likely lifelong client! (Gonna get my husband one soon)

Since getting braces earlier this year, brushing good has been a bit of a challenge for my 7yr old. We finally decided to try the autobrush and it has been a game changer! It's so fast and easy and we love the little song her brush plays. I got one for myself as well and my teeth feel so clean after brushing! Customer service is also exceptional! They are so quick to respond and immediately answered my questions.

Would not recommend. The claims about getting your “whole mouth clean” are misleading. Before using this toothbrush, I was using a regular electric toothbrush and had no issues with gingivitis. I switched to this one because of the advertising and thought it would be easier and more effective than the toothbrush I was already using. Instead, I went from having no gingivitis to having it throughout my entire mouth, even though I use this toothbrush twice a day as directed. It seems to clean the teeth, but it does not do a good job cleaning the gums. You also have to be very intentional about moving it around your entire mouth while it's running. You can't simply let it sit in your mouth and expect it to clean everything for you. Overall, I feel like I actually get significantly less cleaning with this toothbrush than I did with my regular electric toothbrush. Based on my experience, I would not recommend it. I have since switched to a different electric toothbrush and the gingivitis has almost completely disappeared.

I give 2 stars only because the product is actually good. The customer service is terrible. 1. AI texts me with an offer. Turns out the sale is fake. 2. I inform AI, and it tells me it will connect me to support. It does not. 3. I text back a week later noting that no one reached out to me. Typical sycophantic AI nonsense that doesn't solve the problem: "You were right to point that out! I'll get someone now." It didn't. 4. I try to chat online with a person. Even the AI chat is down. I fill out their form. 5. I get a text that seems to be from a person. When I try to text back, the number does not accept replies. I try again two days later. It goes through, but no one ever responds. 6. I get an email asking about a conversation with a name I've never heard. Maybe the text thread that didn't get a reply? I reply to the email asking that and never hear back. What's sad is that customer service was actually good when I did a warranty claim in December of 2025. My guess is that they tried to replace the vast majority of their customer service with AI that simply can't do the job, and now their systems are overwhelmed with unhappy customers (hence the long delays, technical shutoffs, etc.). Interestingly, it appears that they have turned off reviews on Facebook and Google, which is also fishy.

Anyone praising their customer service is a fake or paid review. It's all chat bots, even though they advertise it like it's people, like listing hours. I've been trying to get 3 simple questions answered for 5 business days, I've tried live chat, calling, and emailing support, and it took me replying to a marketing spam email to get a single "human" response. And the response was unhelpful. Ignored 2/3 questions and answered the one so poorly, I just have MORE questions. It's shady and scammy. Go elsewhere.
