Would not recommend. The claims about getting your “whole mouth clean” are misleading. Before using this toothbrush, I was using a regular electric toothbrush and had no issues with gingivitis. I switched to this one because of the advertising and thought it would be easier and more effective than the toothbrush I was already using. Instead, I went from having no gingivitis to having it throughout my entire mouth, even though I use this toothbrush twice a day as directed. It seems to clean the teeth, but it does not do a good job cleaning the gums. You also have to be very intentional about moving it around your entire mouth while it's running. You can't simply let it sit in your mouth and expect it to clean everything for you. Overall, I feel like I actually get significantly less cleaning with this toothbrush than I did with my regular electric toothbrush. Based on my experience, I would not recommend it. I have since switched to a different electric toothbrush and the gingivitis has almost completely disappeared.

Anyone praising their customer service is a fake or paid review. It's all chat bots, even though they advertise it like it's people, like listing hours. I've been trying to get 3 simple questions answered for 5 business days, I've tried live chat, calling, and emailing support, and it took me replying to a marketing spam email to get a single "human" response. And the response was unhelpful. Ignored 2/3 questions and answered the one so poorly, I just have MORE questions. It's shady and scammy. Go elsewhere.

You pretty much get roped into a subscription that then processes without warning and at a much higher price than your initial order. They don't issue refunds even when you process their return form and have tracking showing they received the package weeks ago. Customer service says they canceled your subscription and then 3 months later Bam another surprise charge. The autobrush head fits poorly and was a real disappointment, especially for the very high cost even for 1 replacement head. Terrible company and bad product.

Not worth it. Maybe the brush works, maybe it makes brushing easier. But the Autobrush is not worth buying because of the the terrible customer service and predatory subscription policies this company uses. For some scammy reason when you order an item (any item, it turns out even if its a his and hers set) the whole order is setup to repeat as a subscription. You'd think this would just be for brush heads and/or toothpaste. No. Its the whole order. Set to send you a whole new set every 2 months. And when the order is sent to you and you try to cancel same day. Their customer service is slow and says they are unable to cancel the order on the same day it was placed. Then they bobble you between agents who say all you have to do is send it back for a full refund. Still waiting on my refund for a product I didn't order and now they are telling me I'll have to pay for shipping back to them. STAY AWAY

this is evil company who bulies small sellers with a abetter prices from the space make claims , dont answear emails after , do not support them , this is how out prices aare rising 300% because companys like this . just a bad bussiness , dont support them

Unfulfilled order and no live help after the fact. We ordered three autobrushes and 3 subscriptions 9 days ago and was charged in full for all of it. As of now, the order is unfulfilled with no communication from Autobrush regarding the order not shipping. Nothing was showing out of stock or unavailable at the time of ordering - in fact the opposite. I am not able to reach them by phone - it's a generic voicemail. I am not able to get a live agent via chat or email either - just AI. Another bad purchase from an Instagram company where they charge you and then don't deliver the product as advertised.
