At 73 years old I need the boost that Auri mushrooms give me. I truly enjoy the flavor, texture and taste of your product. Frankly though, I’m not sure how to judge the effectiveness of the product in improving my mental clarity and concentration. Is there any simple self administered test I can use to help me judge how effective, even if subjectively, the product is? Otherwise I may as well buy gummies at the grocery store.
