It's the only thing keeping me hooked as a customer because, honestly, I remain a skeptic and not good at taking these (or anything) consistently. But they've always been super responsive, super helpful, allowing me to skip months when I need to. So, if you feel like they're not responding, check your spam folders, y'all!
