I’m deeply concerned about the website’s refund process. Despite Alyssa’s promises, which I believe are from an AI response, I haven’t received my refund since my request on August 18th. While browsing Facebook, I came across the ads about drawing my soulmate. Intrigued, I decided to give it a try. After completing all the steps, I found myself a bit puzzled about how to proceed with the payment stage after paying $1. Instead of reviewing the payment details, I clicked “next,” which led me to accidentally purchase three packs that I had no intention of buying.

This is a freaking scam. Don't fall for it. I originally only wanted to pay $1, but I ended up getting charged an additional $100. I contacted them immediately, and it’s been 10 days, but I still haven’t gotten my money back. Then, a few days ago, I was charged another $50 for a subscription that I never even authorized. I need my money back.

Scam scam scam Big fraud I click a dollar ,and I was debited over 75USD right away. I cancelled the subscription and requested a refund. Alyssa promised I will get my refund within nine days. It's over 2wks now. She is not responding to my email. I am sure they build the app to scam people, once your account details are imputed, they have access to debit you. Please refund my money.

They overcharged me, and then they told me that they were going to give the money back and that i have to wait 9-10 business days. I waited and no refund so far. I message them again and now there is no answer from them. I never use the webpage because I closed the account as soon as i saw they overcharged me. This is a scam

Do not trust them! I paid for an astrological report. It was incorrect, even though I gave my details correctly. So I asked for a refund within minutes. I got a reply back from Alisha (Ai reply btw) and agreed on a full refund. But instead of getting my money back few days later, they took another payment from bank account without any permission. Now I'm fighting to get my money back. I hate companies and people like this with all of my guts. I should have checked reviews before and after the first transaction block the merchant on my account. Do not trust them!

I also am a victim of this scamming company. I cannot put it otherwise. They took about 100 EUR of my account, and I didn't do or ask for anything! Also received a mail that they would refund the amount debited, but this was 9 business days ago, still nothing. Meantime I sent a few reminders, but no reactions at all anymore. I had also asked for a sketch with company Hint, and they were really correct, didn't take anymore money then they had to, so maybe this is a better thing to do. Sept: After calling my credit card company, I got my money back, but not from tryastro. No response anymore, whatsoever. Don't let yourself be scammed bij the company, otherwise they keep on doing it.
