Stay well away ! Hidden charges are the worst , I saw an ad on Facebook and wanted the $1 trial which offered a reading and a sketch , I clicked next … and was automatically charged an additional $36 without consent , extremely confused as to why and annoyed my money had been taken I cancelled the ALSO automatic weekly subscription , I emailed them and they said I wasn’t able to get a refund as I didn’t have an account with them which wasn’t possible so I sent the bank charges , “Alyssa” replied saying she would submit my refund of $36 and my $1 sketch and reading I had to wait 48h for , it’s been 9 days , no refund no sketch and no reading , I checked their refund policy and I was eligible for it and still nothing 22 emails and 11 days layer no replies , luckily I was able to get my money back through my bank and revived my money this morning , fake , scam

That's a scam, the screen said 1$ payment. They charged 70 $ for subscriptions i didn't sign up for. I requested a refund, they said it's processing. But nothing was received. And no one is replying to my follow-up emails.

It was a great experience and if for any reason you are not happy they stick to their word in offering a refund if you didn’t get what you expected. They are very friendly

my experience was alright it was well amazing. it would be nice if there was away to talk a new user signing up to have a full understanding of what is being offered. and if the notification of new development are shared by a quick messages other than email. overall the work was great and beautiful and response was quick..
