Whatever you do don't do anything with them!!! Scammers big time. Charge you for subscription and don't refund it. And allegedly cancel the subscription but still the charge for subscription the next month. Never use them. They are located in Burma.

This is utterly ridiculous. I got my first sketch for $1 and they charged me the subscription fee after 7 days by the same payment details. When requested for a refund back in June 2026 they responded and assured this will be refunded but this was NEVER returned after making many attempts by sending emails one after another. I HAD TO let it go but since I am non American, this put me in an extreme financial difficulty. I had to let it go because there were no other option or way to get my money back. However even after cancelling my subscription I have been charged the same today this October 25th 2026. Previously they put me in a very serious finacial situation and have put me in another further financial difficulty. This is utterly ridiculous. I tried this for fun but being charged twice and specially being the last refund not acutaly being refunded is so disgraceful. In total I have now been charged approximately $100 for two transactions being the previous fund never being returned. Please please please I beg of you to not use this service at all. They respond quickly but they never return your money. Person called Alyssa has been quite responsive I think their customer service but never works. This is utterly ridiculous.

I authorized a 1.00 transaction, 3 days later the took $72.00 from my account, promised a refund and never delivered then 3 weeks later they took another $72.00 out of my account unauthorized and promised another refund. They also didn't deliver on that promise. I am now out $140.

SCAM WARNING: Hidden charges and refused refund! Do not trust this platform. This is a total scam that traps you with hidden fees and refuses to give your money back. I originally signed up for a service that was explicitly advertised as a simple $1 USD payment. However, the second I accepted, they did not hesitate to instantly debit my account multiple times without my permission, stealing a total of $81.86 USD! I immediately requested a full refund on September 27, which is now 18 days ago. Initially, they promised it would take 5 to 9 business days. When the deadline passed and I contacted them, they came up with a ridiculous excuse claiming my account needed a "manual check" just to delay the process. Since then, it has been total silence. It is absolutely disgraceful that I have to beg to get back money that was taken from me through deceptive and unauthorized transactions. Avoid Astro at all costs. They are unauthorized charges disguised as a $1 trial. I demand my full refund immediately, or I will let my bank handle this fraud and force a chargeback.

The worst experience I've ever had. They took the money from my credit card without providing anything. I've written to them several times asking for a refund or to got what I paid for, but they never gave me a real answer and my personal page is still empty of any reports I requested and paid for! They don't respond directly, they have robotic emails that postpone you like "wait a bit longer, we are providing your refund". It's a scam! Absolutely refrain! It's been month I tried to ask for a refund! I have all the proof. And if the amount was more higher, I would have turned to a lawyer. Their scam is to take small amounts, so you cannot protest much! Save you money and absolute avoid them!

SCAMMERS! THEY PROMISED TO RETURN MY 3K+ PHP IN 7 BUSINESS DAYS. IT'S THE 7TH DAY, THEY DIDN'T RETURN IT, TRIED COMPLAINING ONLY USES AUTOMATED RESPONSES. THEIR PHONE NUMBERS CAN'T BE CALLED. DO NOT BUY THEIR SERVICES!!! TOTAL SCAM! I NEVER AGREED TO THE SUBSCRIPTION AND IT WAS STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT THEY'RE REFUNDING IT WITHIN 24 HOURS - IT'S A LIE!!! SCAM WEBSITE - TRYASTRO.ORG
