Customer Service is the BEST I’ve experienced and I do quite a bit of retail shopping on the internet. Shortly after placing my first order I received a personalized text from Cheryl from customer service. She inquired as to whether I had any questions about the product. During the course of several texts back and forth, she told me about two additional products that I might be interested in - the deodorant and bath wash. After reviewing the info she sent I went ahead and purchased both products as an add on to my first order. No hard sell just gentle and caring conversation. Wow!

I showered using kaori body wash for the first time. A day later when a repair man had come to my house (I live alone) before leaving, he asked me if it would be ok if he gave me a hug. I said yes and it was nice as I hadn't been hugged in a long while.

Getting older. Want to smell fresh, not like the old lady. Something that we all go through with aging

This soap is amazing! My skin is softer without using a lotion. The uneven tone of my face has balanced, and I can’t see any pores. The fragrance is light and fruity. I don’t like floral scents and some of the stronger fragrances gave me headaches, this soap is perfect!!

Ease in ordering. Great scent! Order came fairly quickly. A representative reached out to me wondering if I had questions or needed anything else before shipping.

The bars I received had a very strong lavender smell that gave me a headache. I contacted the company and was told over use it would clam down. I tried it for days with each wash the lavender did calmed down, but there were no difference in how it made me smell with that kind of money being spent. And it caused me to have skin dryness, which I never experienced. I requested a refund back. It just didn't match my body chemistry. And every smell is not for everyone.

Customer service was quick and easy. It arrived timely.
