If I could give a minus score I would. First their website claims 100% guarantee, not satisfied, money back. I was not satisfied, refund request sent, it's taken weeks for them to appear to attempt a refund. Kept getting this " attempted to refund thru psypal" it wouldn't accept it . So I go thru PayPal, case closed in favor of kaorri. My issue? They lied. About everything to do with their product. Not Japanese. Made in China with inferior ingredients. No actual persimmon. Big fake phony company

I’m not impressed at all even though I ordered so many soaps with great expectations. One of your reps advised me to get the deodorant and I got the body wash and was advised to get shampoo as well but I just am not impressed at all. I’m sorry to have to give you this report but you did ask. 😊 I feel like I wasted a lot of money and now had almost 6 soaps to use. I only opened the one soap bar. I tried the shampoo twice, and the deodorant was practically useless even though it had a decent smell upon opening it. And of course I used the body wash twice as well. Would you like me to send the 5 new bars of soap back to you as they haven’t been opened? PS.. I noticed you are always running low on supply that’s why I asked about sending 5 bars of soap back. This product doesn't have any persimmons in it. Doesn't work the way they claim it would. A bunch of false advertisement.

I ordered my soap & body wash 10 days ago.Said 5 to 7 days,.No response fr company fr day except sorry fr delay that is unforseen .still no response again. Now gonna send free replacement ASAP but no tracking again or text back .Never again .! Bad customer service .

I purchased the soap and deodorant. When I opened the package it came in, I found the scent unpleasant. I immediately sent an email to the email address indicated, no response. I sent a second email, no response. They say 60 day refund on their website. It's now been a week and no response. This product is not cheap and I thought a reputable company like theirs would honor their own refund policy. Very disappointing because of all of the positive reviews. Now I'm out over $50 for a product that I was told was fully refundable. Make sure you want the product because it's yours for life with this company. I would recommend buying this on Amazon. At least they are honest and provide refunds.

The package came damaged. The soaps were melted and it took way too long to arrive. I ordered buy one get one and I would like them replaced. I appreciate any help that you can give me thank you Karen.

I still haven't heard from your company about replacing shipment that was lost. I placed original order June 6 2026. Supposedly shipped, but never received. I have written I do believe 3 or 4 times and no info sent to me. My order was 6 bars of soap and 2 scrubbys. Order was $80+. I dont think you really want my review
