Hi Kimberly, We're sorry the first application left streaks and spots, especially with rain every day in Florida. Even on clean glass, streaks appear when the product dries before it is rinsed off. They come off when you polish the glass with a clean, dry microfiber cloth. Applying again one section at a time, rinsing each section while it is still wet and then wiping it dry is the way we recommend applying it.
