We're sorry ClearVision™ did not perform the way you expected, and we understand that sending the product back was not the answer you were looking for when you contacted us. On the product: a weak result most often comes from dirt left on the glass, which keeps the coating from bonding, or from product drying before it is rinsed off. Cleaning the glass first, rinsing each section while it is still wet and polishing any haze with a clean, dry microfiber cloth are the steps we would check first. Hi Vaughn, We're sorry the first application did not go well. A haze like that is product that dried on the glass before it was rinsed off. Polishing with a clean, dry microfiber cloth removes it, and rinsing each section while it is still wet keeps it from forming. Hi Robert, Thank you for letting us know, and we're sorry the result is not what you expected. A white film like this is usually product that dried on the glass. Here is how to remove it and apply the coating so it stays clear: 1. Polish the glass with a clean, dry microfiber cloth until the film is gone. 2. Clean the glass thoroughly and rinse it. 3. Shake the applicator for at least 15 seconds, press the center to release the liquid, and apply it to the wet glass in small overlapping circles, one section at a time. 4. Rinse each section with clean water before the product dries, then wipe it dry with a clean microfiber cloth. 5. Clean the wiper blades as well, because dirty blades smear the coating. Hi Kimberly, We're sorry the first application left streaks and spots, especially with rain every day in Florida. Even on clean glass, streaks appear when the product dries before it is rinsed off. They come off when you polish the glass with a clean, dry microfiber cloth. Applying again one section at a time, rinsing each section while it is still wet and then wiping it dry is the way we recommend applying it.
