We like the clear vision although we need to redo it in spots. The sun shine, at that certain time of the late day, shows some blurry areas. I know that is user error. The windows themselves feel so clean and smooth, very impressed. The products arrived quickly. We cleaned with the deep cleaner first and then used the clear vision. We haven't had rain or snow yet, that will be a great test!

I was able to reach a person on the phone who instructed me what to do. The emails were a little slower but by that time I had confirmation of my order.

The product seems to work which is great. Hard to get all the streaks off the windshield and you don't see them until you are driving. Not your problem

Tried for the first time and windows were a little smears. Buffed with dry towel and it made a big difference. Was disappointed that detailed application instructions did not come with shipment but arrived in an email 3 weeks after delivery.

My answer came back in a timely manner. When I went to order I had issues with the quantity, occurred when entering my card. I ended up loosing the discount because of the problem. I ordered (1 ) 2+2 and it went to quantity of 3 kits, when I got that corrected the discount disappeared from screen.
