Stay far away from Trustline Carriers. Their business model relies on deception, hidden fees, and bait-and-switch tactics. Here is exactly how their scam works: 1. The Hook: They spam you with a template promise of "Guaranteed pick up," "Reasonable prices," and the "Lowest broker fee." 2. The Trap: They quote you a low total price to get you to sign. Once you agree, they demand a $300 "reservation fee" upfront to "start the process." 3. The Switch: As soon as they have your $300 non-refundable deposit, the "guaranteed" pickup date passes with no driver. They will then tell you they can’t find anyone at the quoted price and force you to pay hundreds of dollars more as to what you were quoted. (up to $1,200-$1,500) and included they stated your car would have full insurance, however its basis on the driver that they find. For instance they made me wait long because the drivers who were willing to actually get your car moved would do it for 1500 dollars for full insurance. And the other driver was $1100 no insurance. It was never made clear to me that the $300 was simply a "finding fee" for them to post on a load board—something I could have done myself. You are left out to dry paying the driver a huge sum on top of the fee you already paid Trustline. When I demanded a refund because they missed the "guaranteed" date and tried to charge me way over the quote, they refused. Do not give these people your credit card information. You are paying a premium for incompetent middlemen who lie about their prices.

I had a very negative experience with this company. Payment was taken upfront, but no services were ever rendered. Despite multiple attempts to contact them and resolve the issue, they refused to return my payment and provided no legitimate explanation or resolution. The communication felt misleading and manipulative, and once payment was received, accountability completely stopped. Based on my experience, I strongly caution others to be very careful before doing business with this company and to avoid making any payments without clear, documented protections.
