Scam! watch out. They sent me 2 sets of headphone when I ordered 1. One set never worked. then they billed me for the b.s. monthly service thing. Quality of headphones is crap. Just buy Aftershocks much better product from an honest company

I ordered ionizers, but the next day I realized that I am not supposed to used them due to my health. I called customer support and within three minutes my orders were canceled and promptly refunded. Excellent customer support.

My credit card was charged $24.99 for a VIP membership that I never authorized. They had all my information, which is scary, but the representative told me they are crediting my account. I didn't even know trustlfe existed Beware and check charges to your account.

This is going to be a mixed review but it's based on their customer service and promptness. I realized I ordered the wrong camera from the wrong website because their site is similar to others - a little suspicious. Yes, it is my fault for not paying close attention. I immediately replied to the email that was sent to me regarding my order. They responded within minutes, cancelled my order, and informed me the charges would be refunded in 3-5 business depending on my bank. The money was already refunded within an hour. I read the bad reviews about their customer service, but I did not experience anything negative. I was worried I was going to have to notify my bank to stop the charges. To be honest, I wish more customer service was as prompt with replying and refunding.

AWFUL customer service. Emailed twice, both times I received an automated response that someone would get back to me in 24 hours. Well it has been 5 days!! Finally got a customer service person, spoke broken English and only wanted to offer me a deal. All I want is to return my products and get a refund. HORRIBLE, wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Total SCAM.
