They are unprofessional company, they are not able to solve there problem. I booked 4 tickets for my family through their website, I received a confirmation email with the reservation code and promise to receive the e-ticket within 24 hours. Later they said sorry the airplane change their price, I asked to speak with a supervisor, now more than 4 days no one called me.

Worst company to be business with. Complete scam! They have now kept my money for over 20 days and trying to get someone to refund has been impossible. Horrific customer service. Alice is the worst and the supervisors are terrible!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company unless you want a complete headache and for them to steal your money!

This is a scam. Do not believe their website or good reviews. My flight was cancelled last minute and I was not even notified. I know it's tempting to book with them because the price is low but do not do it. You will not get to your destination. They are lying.

Booked a flight to Jamaica - thought I got a good deal, but when the first leg of the flight was canceled, they didn't notify me when they made the change. They changed that first leg of our trip to land three hours AFTER the second leg was to depart, and didn't notify me. Had to call the airline and have it fixed. So lucky I tried to check in before going to the airport! Never again - you get what you pay for, don't forget.
