Scam company. Booked a flight, 6 hours later I get an email saying to call them. I call and they tell me that fare is sold out now it's $230 more. Definitely would not recommend this company

Company false advertises so you will buy then after you buy a ticket on their website they will Tell you to call them so they can upcharge you

This is not a genuine business, they will give you the run around and attempt to charge you more. I booked 2 tickets to Taiwan for an advertised price and specific timings to attend a wedding. Immediately I'm contacted via email to call to verbally verify my booking. I call a toll free number, stay on hold for 10 minutes to be told the flight booking was not available, I can fly if I'm willing to leave a day earlier and pay more. I rejected the new flight and was told I'd receive confirmation of the original booking in 3-4hours. It's been 2 days and they haven't called me once. This business is a shell online travel agent operating in India using toll free numbers. You have been warned, I've had to cancel my cards and have spent over 3 hours dealing with this situation. Would pay attention to the reviews on trust pilot. The 5* are all fake and botted. Pay attention to the 1*s and you'll find a lot of situations just like mine. Be careful

Bait and switch. Booked and paid online and was told to call to confirm via email. Upon calling, they increased $200 for each ticket. At least they canceled without much fuss.

Don't even think to book with them. They are bunch of swindlers. I booked my flight 6 month in advance and they told me my flight was confirmed. 2 days before my flight time i checked my flight on the airline website i found that my fight is moved to the day before with lay over for 12 hrs transit in airport specially i have little kids. I tried to call the airline to solve the problem but they said call the agent you booked with.i called them said you have to solve this issue for me it is your responsibility since you don't even bother to email me with the change in the flight time. I got no help.

They told us we got the reservations for 2 business class tickets, then we were told that they cancelled it because our credit card was declined. When I called they said the airline did not have any seats and tried to sell us much higher price tickets. Simple Bait and switch... Never use them again

i booked a ticket from TrustFares and i will never book anymore. After booking the send me E-mail to call them and they change the price for way more

I was very disappointed. Booked, but got an email I had to contact them. Called, the person was polite but upped the charge, then when I said no, spoke with a supervisor and lower it 3x after I said no each time, that I'd look elsewhere. I was told the charge would show in 2 increments. I finally agreed to the price and waited 2 days for confirmation from the airline. Later, discovered I was double booked and had to cancel that ticket. Trustfares will do nothing about that. I worked with the airline directly and was able to get credit for one portion of the flight booking, but discovered that out of a 1600$ ticket, over 600 was in that second increment that the airline could not find, and said it was the Trustfare charge. So I am grateful the airline worked with me for part of it, but very frustrated that over $600 appears to have been what Trustafres charged me for the privilege of booking my ticket. I will not use them again.
