I booked two tickets to fly home to Phoenix from Georgia in September, days after my (and my twin brother's) birthday... and keyed the wrong date of birth for both of us on the tickets! Thankfully, I was able to chat with Rocco on the site and in about ten minutes, he was able to correct it and confirm the ticket purchase. I really appreciate being able to find affordable tickets on a site with great customer service, and TrustFares is that site.

Extremely kind and generous staff. Helped with booking my original flight and assisted me on finding a new one (free of charge) that was even better than my original plans when a specific airline wouldn’t confirm the flight. Would definitely recommend this company.
