It was great experience booking through trust fares. Got a reasonable flight where i couldn't get on other household name sites. They also followed up with you to confirmed on your itinerary.

Steve called me and asked about giving me credit.

Everyone at TrustFares was very helpful and really tried to accommodate whatever I needed. Steve was really great and answering questions to help me figure out how to get my mom a wheelchair. The price could NOT BE BEAT! We still have not seen a price as low. The *only* thing I wish was more clear upfront was that we would have to pay more to have a carry-on and to get to pick seats ahead of time. Thank you :-)

Steve was extremely patient with me. Steve was very polite and explained the process thoroughly to me. Steve was available when I called back. I received my confirmation and ticket statement just as Steve had stated I would. I will surely use trustpilot.com again.

I would like to say how wonderful Steve was. He helped me more in one day than 5 other reps did in several days! He was patient/polite and addressed all my concerns. Insured me a call back (as did the others) but he actually called me. And addressed and rectified all my issues. I became ill in July and cannot travel. I’ve been given false information since then. I had 24 hours left to rectify this and he did it. Thanx to him I will actually sleep tonight! He should be commended for his level of customer service!

Today I had the pleasure of working with Rocco to confirm reservations. We had received an email stating that I needed to verify plans, however when called I, there was no opportunity for the airline to agree to the reservation. In speaking with Rocco he was able to get us on a different airline from our preferred airport at the same price. Rocco also had the patience to fully and completely answer all my questions and I had quite a few. I thanked Rocco for his time, his patience, and his professionalism.
