I wish I had read the reviews before booking flights. I also received an ‘urgent’ confirmation email. I was told flights weren’t available for the amount quoted but were available for a much higher amount. I was reading reviews while on hold when I called them. Their dialogue was identical to what reviews read. I got nervous and told them to cancel but they kept trying to get me to purchase other tickets. I had to cancel my debit card because of this. Beware!

Scam alert! Took my money never got the ticket or refund

It’s a scam, these people sale you cheap ticket for real online, you receive your confirmation and you are sure that everything is ok, right? Absolutely not, because when the ticket you bought could be sale for a higher price, they send you a confirmation request for a so called «verification call» by phone ….. yep! You bought online and now they want to talk to you, so weird. Because you don’t call them back quickly, they sale your ticket to someone else for a higher price and they cancel your reservation. This is the way this scam operates, if they can’t find a higher price for «your» ticket they will let you have it, of course. This politic of «verification call» and cancellation by them are included in their fine print agreement. Beware!!!

Scam alert! Booked a flight with them ,then i started to feel a bit uncomfortable giving them all my info. I called American Airlines no flight booked beware!

Horrible company to buy flight tickets.I bought 5 tickets NY to Los Cabos (Mexico),I made reservation for a hotel and rental car.Two months later they start calling my to change the time and date for the flights!!!How serious could be Trustfares?How Im going to buy tickets next time with the doubt that in a couple of weeks the change my flight?Horrible experience!!

It looks like SCAM. First they confirmed my booking , next they sent me email and asked to contact them by phone. Then they asked me to send them copy of my DL and CC. I refused and told them to cancel the booking. After that they sent me an strange email suggesting something I never asked for. So I spoke to my bank and froze my CC to avoid the complications.

SCAM ALERT! This company is a scam, they will tell you that you have confirmed flight - then they will call you for more money. I called the airline and they confirmed TrustFares IS A SCAM. This is an overseas scam run in India.
