SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. Idk how else to say other than scam. As soon as you "book" you get a follow up email to "verbally confirm". THAT WAS MY SIGN RIGHT AWAY SOMETHING WAS UP. I "verbally confirmed" and was told flight back was "cancelled" so I needed to purchase another flight back. Hung up. DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

**ATTENTION -- COMPLETE SCAM***** AS OF 10/10/22, ME AND MY FIANCE FOUND THIS SITE AND THOUGHT WE CAME UP ON A GREAT DEAL. THEIR TICKET PRICE WAS HALF THE COST. I USED MY CARD WITH MY FIANCES PERSONAL DETAILS SINCE I WAS BUYING HER THE TICKET. SHE LATER SHOWED THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND IT WAS A SCREEN SHOT OF THE PAYMENT PAGE. I LATER CHECKED MY BANK ACCOUNT AND SAW THAT THEY NEVER CHARGED ME FOR THE TICKET. AND THEY DIDNT CHARGE ME BECAUSE THERE WAS NO TICKET. THEY JUST WANTED MY CARD DETAILS WITH MY PERSONAL INFO. HAD I NOT USED MY FIANCES INFO, THEY WOULD'VE HAD WHAT THEY NEEDED TO STEAL MY FUNDS. Fu$k YOU TRUSTFARES. I HOPE A JUNGLE TIGER EATS YOUR GOAT AND TERRORIZES YOUR VILLAGE.

Forget TrustFares. They're nothing more than an online bait and switch scam. After purchasing a round-tip fare through TrustFares and receiving a "Booking Confirmation" in my email, they later contacted me asking me to call them to provide a "verbal confirmation" - first red flag! I called where upon they asked to confirm my identity and booking confirmation number then said they "needed to transfer me" - second red flag!! After waiting on hold someone finally answered saying that the airline couldn't confirm my flights (as if they had nothing to do with it), but they proceeded to offer me alternative flights, "the best deal" they could offer, at a much higher price - third red flag!!! I cancelled and the charges were never processed on my credit card. WASTE OF TIME!

This company in my opinion is a scam. After my flight was canceled at the last minute BY the airline, Trust fares refused to give me my money back claiming I was simply a "no show" and had missed my flight. After speaking with multiple people and receiving no follow up whatsoever, they simply kept my money....BUYERS BEWARE!

Fraud company. They can’t book your ticket. They will ask you to wait and then pay more, and then wait and pay more again

I booked tickets $580 round trip per person and the next day received a text that my price is now $715 per person how is this anything you can trust and how is this fair. The gentleman I spoke to agreed to give me a discount of $10 per ticket but this is like a bait and switch game when you book they should guarantee the price you originally paid. I would not use this site again and am reporting this to the better business bureau. Since I already booked my hotel and have others traveling with me I was stuck and had to pay the difference or cancel my entire trip. So unfair and not customer friendly.

SCAMMMMMMM !!!!!!! I bought my plane tickets and the following day they asked me to call them to "confirm" our tickets, asking for a lot of information. They made me wait dor almost 2 HOURS !!!!! on the phone and finally somebody talks to us. We said we wanted to confirm the tickets and they said it was not the price any more !!!!!!!! They wanted to charge more . DON T MAKE BUSSINESS WITH THIS PEOPLE. Nobody takes responsibility. They okay with you and your time

BE CAREFUL WHEN BOOKING ON THIS PAGE. THEY TRIED TO GUIDE YOU FOR AN ALTERNATIVE AIRPORT THAT FAR AWAY FROM YOUR HOUSE TO HAVE THE SAME PRICE WITH BOOKING, OTHERWISE CHANGING THE DATE. IF NOT THE PRICE IS MUCH MORE HIGHER. I DON'T TRUST THIS PAGE ANYMORE. THEY SHOW THE CAT BUT SELL THE DOG.
