I found the process more frustrating and time-consuming than I expected. The service required much more editing and back-and-forth than I expected, and ultimately it wasn't a good fit for what we needed. Customer service did work with us to resolve the situation, which I appreciated. I would recommend reading through exactly what is included before purchasing and considering whether working directly with a local attorney might be a better option for your circumstances.

While the process was straight forward and the connection to a notary was great, we only learned after paying and requesting a legal review that it was not available in the state needed. Disappointing that this service was not delivered as advertised or at least made known to us until after payment.
