I found the process more frustrating and time-consuming than I expected. The service required much more editing and back-and-forth than I expected, and ultimately it wasn't a good fit for what we needed. Customer service did work with us to resolve the situation, which I appreciated. I would recommend reading through exactly what is included before purchasing and considering whether working directly with a local attorney might be a better option for your circumstances.

For $649 it is a steal. Most lawyers wanted 1k= just to draft the document

The steps are very clear and straightforward. The videos provided good background information so I understood the topic of the clause we were working on. It was so much easier than working with an attorney -- who ghosted me for 7 weeks and never really listened to my needs.

While the service itself may be fine, the customer support experience was terrible. Instead of addressing my concerns respectfully, I felt dismissed and spoken to with suspicion. I was asked to provide sensitive information, including ID photos, and photos of myself holding my id which made me uncomfortable and raised concerns about legitimacy. Responses were slow, communication felt unprofessional, and the emails were overly casual. I appreciate that a refund was ultimately offered, but the way the situation was handled left a very negative impression. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service due to the poor communication and lack of professionalism from the support team.

While the process was straight forward and the connection to a notary was great, we only learned after paying and requesting a legal review that it was not available in the state needed. Disappointing that this service was not delivered as advertised or at least made known to us until after payment.

Exactly what I was looking for! Unlike other services that require separate questionnaires, Trusted Prenup is collaborative and lets you build the document together with your partner. It’s incredibly intuitive, and I learned so much throughout the process. Hopefully, we never have to use it, but I’m glad it’s established!

Paid over 2 thousand dollars and didn’t get it done or any help I want my money back
