Very disappointing customer service
While the service itself may be fine, the customer support experience was terrible. Instead of addressing my concerns respectfully, I felt dismissed and spoken to with suspicion. I was asked to provide sensitive information, including ID photos, and photos of myself holding my id which made me uncomfortable and raised concerns about legitimacy. Responses were slow, communication felt unprofessional, and the emails were overly casual. I appreciate that a refund was ultimately offered, but the way the situation was handled left a very negative impression. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service due to the poor communication and lack of professionalism from the support team.
