We ordered and paid for 50 pcs of TY42423-33061-71 but we only received 49 pcs. ORDER NUMBER 418885087

I have looked into the matter personally and according to our records, your full order was shipped in two separate packages with UPS tracking numbers 1Z6908140324853497 and 1Z6224910309518368. Our records also indicate that both packages were successfully delivered and signed for at the front desk on April 14th. Product was exactly what it was…
Product was exactly what it was supposed to be and showed up perfect. Placed my order at 3:00 in the afternoon and paid extra for overnight delivery. Package was at my door before 3 the next day! Very happy!
