One of the parts received wasn't even remotely close and no one will call me back to complete my order. I have called several times now asking for parts since I can't look them up on your website (model isn't in the searchable system unless I already know the part number, which is what I am calling trupar for). I just need a main lift mast seal and a tilt cylinder seal... Surely with how boastfully confident your website language is, you could source these for me (so far you can not). I don't normally like to leave revealing reviews but if your system is going to harass me for my feedback faster than your employees can call me back, I am going to share my honest experience.

I googled my part and there website popped up with the part so I ordered it was the wrong size and I called to return it and they would not budge on 25% restocking fee both guys that I spoke with act like they own the place Keep that in mind If you buy anything from this company You are better off buying local

The item quantity was listed incorrectly and the site did not stand by the error. I was given the option to return but not offered the error in my favor or a discount on the rest of the volume that I needed.

They sent the incorrect part. Part number didn't match the part I received. Emailed them and a week later, no response. Almost $50 spent (with shipping) on the incorrect switch and I can't even get a peep from them.

Belt was wrong size. Listed as a replacement for a Perkins 403-D17 belt. Belt sent was 950mm, correct size from dealer ended up being 975mm. Could not get belt on engine. Not worth sending back.

I bought a product, received a completely different one and I still haven't received my money back, I don't recommend it.

You sent me the wrong part as I stated in the last review. I was looking for a Brake reservoir cat for a 1973 Toyota Celica and you sent me a clutch reservoir cap.

i couldn't get anyone to simply take the unit out of the box and give me measurements of the unit or even simply take a picture of it with a tape measure alongside of it. the piece worked with some modifications, but I've been a mechanic since 1980 and have also worked serving mechanics since 1995.
