TrulyNolenReviews of trulynolen.com

Scheduled with truly nolen months in advance to tent and entire condo building. The entire building vacated to hotels and truly nolen decided not to tent the building that day due to an error they made in measuring the building. Manager only response was that they are sorry they displaced all the residents and they will have to come back another time and try again.

Poor service, no show, bad coverage, first visit they hit a water line. They said no problem hire a plumber we'll pay right away but after checking many times they took months after being asked multiple occasions. Finally, they paid. I thought its ok, Then we got a warranty to cover termites. I thought we might as well be on the safe side. We've paid for the warranty for several years now. We had an independent inspector come and they found termites despite the Truly Nolan warranty, commitments coverage, treatment & bait traps. We called them, sent the inspection to them and set an appointment. They didnt show, call or let us know. We called I was not happy they put me weeks out even though they were no shows, much to my dismay. My husband called spoke to them and set another appointment- it wss set for today between 2-4 still NO show, no call.

Josh ( with truly Nolen) is highly professional and knowledgeable about all kinds of bugs and rodents and critters. Since he has been treating my house I have had zero bug or insect problems. One time I did have an ant investation and he showed up within an hour and took his time to treat the problem. I am very pleased and would highly recommend truly Nolen.

Nicole Matarese from the Largo, Fl location is very knowledgeable and did a great job on the outside of my home. Thank you, Nicole.

Ronnie and Waren did a good job sealing all the entry points.

I have been with TN FOR 15 years, I have no complaints and no bugs! I recently had a sugar ant issue and called they sent Seth out within a few days and did a thorough and great job, he went above and beyond! EXCELLENT SERVICE ALWAYS!

Worst company ever. On May 26,2026 we had Nolen come out to inspect our attic and crawl space to see if rodents had entered due to seeing a few come over the fence from my neighbors home. Keith Coggins said he did see evidence in our attic that they had been in there. He said first step would be to close off every entrance that they could be getting in. (We) bought vent covers and he said they could put them on for us along with using wire mesh to cover all open places. We were told it would be one trip to do all covered holes...they would also put boxes in the attic and check them for 3 weeks to make sure nothing was still alive . Also, that rat poop and pee was in our insulation and they work with a company who would remove all insulation sanitize and replace with new insulation. The crew came out the following Saturday...it was four of them and after about an hour or so two of them left and the other two did hardly nothing talked walked around and then also left. The next day we received a text saying the job was completed and we need to pay. My husband then called and said nothing has been completed hardly nothing has been done. The lady said well her paperwork said it was completed and we needed to pay. We tried to call Keith numerous times just to get voice mail..left several messages with no return call. Finally after many tries we heard back. We were told they would have a full crew out here the following Friday..one man showed up worked a little over 2 hours and we couldn't even tell he had made any progress. Another week two men showed up...again still open holes all around crawl space when they left. We call again...this time the crew manager came out and said what have these guys been doing. This job isn't half done yet. He said they know how to do a better job then this. He said the first thing he was going to do was to let Keith know the job isn't no way close to being finished. So my husband ask if he could check the boxes in the attic..he did and said OMG...these are for little mice these are not the right boxes . So he replaces them with larger ones. Another week has gone by nothing...no one has came back. My husband calls again to be told a whole crew will be there on Friday. Friday came no one showed up all day . I was home all day waiting. Still...not even the first step of closing all entries has happened. It is now June 19th. Nothing more has been done. No one has came back to check to see if dead rats could be deteriorating in the boxes..There is a smell every time the air conditioner comes on. It is not healthy for us to breathe. Nolan has received their money from us after the first visit. Please do not use this company. There is not any communication among themselves or to the customer. Worst company we have ever used. Very expensive and they could care less if the job get done. Just a bunch of " Oh yeah we'll get right on it. " to be left hanging for weeks at a time. Very dissatisfied in their workmanship and their honesty.

Truly Nolan was scheduled for a yearly spread of granules for growth and nourishment of the lawn. He had been scheduled for this procedure since the previous month. The technician showed up but didn’t spreads the granules. When we called and complained we were told they would come out and take care of the problem. On the following Monday, June 1st, the same technician showed up at our door and told us he could not spread the granules because the ban on fertilizer containing nitrogen started today. When we asked him why he didn’t do it on Friday when it had been scheduled, he had no reply. As a result we have missed the spring fertilizing completely. We feel this was done intentionally. The technician also blew off a rescheduling date, stating that he had been informed of the rescheduling but decided he was going to come when it was acceptable to him. Prior to this we had a great technician with Truly Nolan. Now, we are saddled with a person who has no desire to work or to do the job he is being paid for, cutting corners, getting over on customers, etc.
