The Sweet & Savory Messy C.

★☆☆☆☆ — ONE STAR Paid for Pest Control, but Where Is the Service? I hired and paid Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control to provide pest control services at my home in Willcox, Arizona. I am a stroke survivor, and I trusted this company to fulfill its contractual obligations. Last week, I discovered a mouse in my home. When I reported the problem, I was told that I live in the country. My question is simple: Didn't Truly Nolen know where I lived when they accepted my money and wrote the contract? My address and location have not changed. Mike assured me that someone would come on Monday. I personally watched their vehicle pull up and sit at my gate. As I went to get my keys to let them in, they drove away without performing the promised service. I understand that they reportedly called my son and that he missed the call. However, that does not explain why the technician left without completing the appointment or why my subsequent attempts to contact the company have gone unanswered. I called Mike, the supervisor, and another employee. I made repeated attempts to reach someone, but nobody answered or returned my calls. Truly Nolen accepted my payment, but I am still waiting for the service I was promised. Being a stroke survivor makes dependable service especially important to me. I should not have to repeatedly chase a company to honor an agreement for which I have already paid. I am requesting that Truly Nolen honor its contract, provide the promised pest control service, and explain why its technician left without completing the scheduled appointment. If this matter is not resolved, I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau at to file a complaint. Until this matter is resolved, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
