Its been almost 2 months, no response to Multiple emails or calls. No status updates on my order. Nothing. I have the feeling if I had ordered from someone else I would have it by now, or at least a response. I may need to report to the BBB if I dont hear back soon.

Didn’t know she would be that heavy. U said 124lbs. She’s 176lbs. Very hard to move around. The eye lashes fell off the first day. Wishing I had bought a smaller version.

As of today, still no reply to email or calls. Also received the doll today and am highly upset as there are dark marks on it as well as a hole in the back. I sent yet another email to the company but likely won't get a reply.

The only way I could a response to emails was to dispute the charges on paypal. I've never had worse customer service in my life

Purchased two dolls. Came just as perfect as I imagined. Glad I went with this company. No issues, dolls came exactly as pictured. Shipping took longer than expected due to coronavirus but they emailed letting me know what was going on and kept me informed on my order throughout... got a little unsure at times because of the tracking number statuses but package showed up while it still said it was waiting to be picked up. these guys knew more than fedex could tell me. Well worth the wait. Anna and Angelina dolls are highly recommended :) excellent quarantine pickup... love them!

Have been and still trying to resolve mulyiple issues with my order! Gave them some time to rectify because of the covid-19 pandemic; very slow to respond to e-mails(sometimes you have to send a few to get a response). Tried calling and it goes to voicemail(still have not heard from them via phone!) Was promised on 2 seperate occasions that they would send a "we're sorry" package/item; have yet to receive either one and that was weeks ago!

During the COVID-19 situation and our transition to a work-from-home environment, we've admittedly not been up to par on our response times as of late. Current worldwide shipping delays and an increase in demand for our dolls throughout this time has our team at full capacity in support, and I'm sorry your messages weren't responded to in a timely fashion. In regards to your voicemails, our phone support is currently unavailable due to our working situation, and it has been listed on our contact form area as that for some time now. Your 'we're sorry' package is still set to ship, but we're not allowed into our building until after May 28th, so expect it after that time. Our customer service rep you spoke to may not have known that at the time. I hope you can understand, and we do thank you for your patience throughout this time.
