This is my second time purchasing through Truemed. I needed the letter of medical necessity revised to include the providers NPI and within 24 hours of contacting support I had an updated letter that was accepted by my HSA for reimbursement.

Sent an email to support @ Truemed, they responded the next day with the link for the survey to qualify our mattress purchase and get reimbursed through our HSA. Received our LMN the next day and submitted to our HSA for reimbursement.

I got a letter for medical necessity which is easy to apply and the response is quick . I don't have any issue except correcting my name but they accommodated me right away after my email . Therefore , I am well satisfied and happy !
