I have used TrueLink as a Professional Guardian and Fiduciary since 2017. I have also recommended it to colleagues, Group Homes, and families who need to control cash for others with disabilities, personal control issues, addiction problems as well as dementia. I like the fact that I can customize it for the various clients, it allows me to get cash to people when I am not available or out of town & gives me control and accountability. I call it the "Virtual Cash Box" since many group homes with strict restrictions on how they handle cash would limit my wards access to their money by their archaic internal procedures. The accountability and controls afforded by TrueLink has eliminated those barriers. Plus the customer service is excellent and responsive. My biggest complaint is that they did not exist 35 years ago when I began my practice. I could not see myself functioning today without it. The one limitation is a daily limit on cash withdrawals at ATMs. I hope they find a way to add that feature. Other than that, it is worth the monthly fee.

True Link has been a huge blessing for us! We made the switch in the fall of 2021, and True Link has been so easy to work with, so efficient, and the customer service is second to none! I always get a fast response to my questions, and the service team members at True Link are kind and professional. The ease of use on the dashboard is phenomenal. I am so thrilled that we made the switch!!

I love the convenience of True Link. I’m a Representative Payee for my sister. The Visa card - that is accepted everywhere, allows me to transfer funds, set limitations of where she can use the card, the type of transactions allowed, as well as being able to set transaction limits, and set up notifications, so I can keep track of her spending. The card allows my sister to have financial autonomy, without giving her too much freedom to get into financial trouble. In my opinion, the monthly $10 fee is worth the convenience.

Since my clients began using True Link cards my job as a payee has gotten so much easier. I have 1/3 of the paperwork I formally did and a lot less worries. I no longer have to send weekly spending checks through the mail, just load them on a reoccurring schedule and True Link does the job for me. Replacing lost cards is easy. And having someone to answer questions available reassures me that I am not going to be left out in the outfield with no help.

This is a great tool to manage special needs trust spending. It allows restrictions on types of purchases and merchants, dollar limits, and text/email notifications when spending occurs. Replenishment is easy and reports are very helpful.
