True Link has been an absolute blessing for our family. We use it for my Mom who has Dementia and was going through thousands of dollars a month. For anyone who is trying to let their loved ones remain independent but monitor their buying this is the cars for you! The best feature is being able to turn off some stores/sites for purchases. No more Facebook purchases from China with no way to return!! No more having her card hacked because of the sites she signed on to. Thank you!!

As a fiduciary True Link is an awesome tool for us to utilize for our clients to allow access to their funds and also provides a level of independence in managing their money. As a Guardian/Conservator, I appreciate this option being available for the individuals under the care of this office. This card allows more independent decision making and budgeting for those desiring to move towards restorative independent living. No more reports of money coming up missing! The ability to block certain types of transactions, add spending limits, limit cash back amounts, and select "in person" transactions at convenience stores and gas stations, allows oversight by a court appointed Conservator. The added features help place limitations that assist individuals to learn how to live within their budgeted means. Our individuals enjoy knowing they are responsible for carrying their cash card, get to select a pin code of their choosing for transactions, and exercise a freedom of shopping themselves. The provided monthly report of all transactions clearly shows that allowed funds are being initiated by the individual at the point of service transaction.
