One of the best card service of bank services I’ve ever used

Absolutely an amazing way to help someone you’re responsible for to be independent and yet accountable

Since I started with true link in March I have been extremely impressed with their knowledge their quick service to return my call and even answer the phone initially. I. Feel very confident knowing they're gonna give me the correct answer.

Customer support/guidance was so incredibly patient, available & thorough with their guidance and all the questions I had/have as a first time Trustee. They gave me confidence that I wouldn't jeopardize programs already in place for my siblings. The program & pre-paid Visa card is brilliant allowing for restrictions needed to protect them. Thank you!!!

Consistent service

I have been very surprised by how much I appreciate True Link. It was recommended to me by my sister-in-law who is an estate planning lawyer. She specializes in parents who want to provide for their children with disabilities. My father, who has Parkinson's disease, has been having problems wanting to shop at certain stores. Luckily, True Link is able to block his use at specific types of stores including that one type. This has been a wonderful change to his life. And it has reduced my stress greatly. I no longer have to worry about where he is spending money, but I also love the feature of automatically refilling for him. The only thing I would change is the monthly cost, but I understand that to have a miracle card like this comes with hardworking people who are behind the scenes.

This is an excellent tool to help manage spending for someone who doesn't understand how to manage money.
