I manage a special needs Trust for my sister. Was told about True Link from our Eldercare Attorney. I have been so happy with the service. It is easy to load and monitor the card and to control expenses that I choose not to allow. I also get regular alerts if the balance is low. I highly recommend this service, having used it for over two years.

The True Link card has been a game changer for our family! We no longer have to worry that our Mom is getting scammed. Before we my Mom had the true link card, she went thru 17 visa cards in one year because of all of the fraud. We love the way that the card is linked to her bank account so that we can make scheduled transfers, but it is only linked one way, so that scammers can't take any of her money out of her bank accounts. We also love the way that we can personalize the card to allow certain vendors and not allow others. We have disallowed any transactions done over the phone which has stopped all of the scams. The customer service is great. We couldn't be happier!

I saw a little paragraph about this site in a magazine I was reading and it sounded perfect for my senior friend who I help manage his money. I didn't want to have to go to Walmart and add money all the time. The app and website allow me to add funds to his card on the fly and comes straight from his checking account.
