I have worked with Truelink for many years and am pleased with them and their customer service for my clients.

I have been the legal guardian for my disabled sister for over 20 years and True Link Financial is the single best aid I have ever found to assist in meeting her financial needs. It is incredibly easy to sign up for and use. The staff are actual human beings who without exception kind, professional, available and helpful. I just wish I would have found them sooner. So does my sister who may love them more than I do.

I signed up for True Link when searching for a credit card to facilitate payment to an older woman who was seriously on the ‘spectrum’. I was paying to rent storage space from her and did not want to give her cash. Inthougjt the catagoroesnof what she could spend her money on was very helpful so no one could take advantage of her. I think this a perfect way to control spending of an impaired adult or for a teen ager.

As a mom of an adult dependent child with complicated needs, True Link has become an important ally. On the technical end, the website and app are easy to use by both of us. I'm not sure of the specific date TBH of the customer service for a problem I was trying to untangle. Ultimately, the service rep and I decided that we couldn't do much about the charge (I'd spent hours on the phone with a series of Apple reps who could not find the order, which they said wasn't charged). I was treated seriously, competently, and with much kindness. Thank you, True Link!

The True Link card gives me peace of mind and my husband, who has moderate dementia, the freedom when he is taken out to lunch with friends, to pay with a credit card like everyone else. It has been win win situation. True Link has also been very quick to answer any questions I have had. this is a very helpful product.

I love having it as it has simplified my life. So much easier keeping track of expenses. Since my husband suffered a stroke I don’t have to be concerned any longer as for what he wants to purchase online. This gives him a return to some independence.

Well designed by people who understand the problem space - clear, simple, and has most of the features needed to protect the target populations. Some configuration changes can only be made from the website today, but this isn't a big deal day-to-day. Support team is highly responsive and helpful.
