So far, a smooth setup with prompt service. I created an account and had to write to customer service immediately about 2 things: adding another admin account and expediting the card (I missed the option when ordering the card). I received satisfactory replies on both messages within a couple of hours. So far, my only concern is the amount of time it takes transfers to show up on the card. "Next Business Day" is really not acceptable in this day and age. I assume they're making some $$ on the float. I'd rather pay another $1 in monthly fees and have instantaneous transfers. They can't make that much $ on the float.

In general I am satisfied with your service however there is plenty of room for improvement. My biggest problem is that you can’t ban certain categories of merchandise. Specifically the trust fund I’m managing forbids me from spending monies on food. Therefore I have to not allow purchases at a store like Walmart because they also sell food. I don’t know your business but if you can get the vendors to give you a more concise report on what was purchased so you could allow charging on allowable categories. Your method for putting more money into the card is working well it’s just difficult with the categories as my niece who is the user of the card has cognitive problems where she can’t follow simple directions and she continues to try to use card in places where she gets denied.

I like the real time updates on card use. I wish that the money transfers to the card were faster. Ideally, they would be instantaneous

Main problem I want her to receive money on Fridays since u dont transfer on weekends. I just asked for it to be transferred on Wednesday, and it arrived Thursday. I will try again moving it to Thursday and hope it deposits on Fridays- very frustrating- as well as no weekend money transfers

I was able to confirm the charges by my brother’s care home were legitimate. I do however think a $12.00 monthly fee to maintain a card for my brother in a care home is excessive?

Simple to manage accounts. Excellent system of purchase alerts. My only complaints are: 1. the speed of transfers -- it's a little unpredictable and not fast enough. Instant transfers would be great. 2. it's not possible to use the card to issue a check payment to a vendor.

I heard about TrueLink from my friend's lawyer when I became the trustee of her Special Needs Trust. She inherited money but not enough to live on, so we had to put the money in trust for her to keep receiving SSI. TrueLink is easy for lay people to use, and they respond quickly to customer service emails. My only critique is that I wish their categories of included/excluded stores could be refined more, to allow certain purchases but not others at the same type of store. For instance, my friend needs to use the trust money to buy prescriptions and home goods, but Walmart and drug stores also sell food, which is not an allowed use of the trust under SSI rules.
