Service is great. I help with a disabled young man who is unable to take care of things on his own. True Link reached out to me when his card was going to expire. I was unaware and very appreciative they contacted me. Also, thanks so much for making it so easy to deposit funds in his account.

I have been using this card for my elderly mother, as she wasn't making good financial decisions. We've had to restrict her activities while still providing her some independence. This card has made monitoring her transactions and setting up appropriate restrictions really easy. And the couple times I had questions, the customer service team has been quick to respond, thorough and very helpful in guiding me to what I was trying to accomplish. We set up a True Link card for a loved one in a challenging situation. They have made good use of it and it's encouraged good spending habits. It takes some time to get the card set up and, over time, we've tweaked the permissions and blocks. That takes a bit of time as well. Now that we've been using the card for a few months, it's worked out very well and we're very satisfied.
