terry want to konw when i go to get my card

Victor from True Link Customer Service responded to my email with questions regarding a True Link Debit Card transaction which I did not understand. He responded promptly, explained the process for that transaction with very good detail, and also offered a link to further information. In addition, the phone number was included should I need. Now that’s what I call excellent Customer Service!

We have used True Link for several years now. Their system of monitoring expenditures and allowing quick funding are ideal for assisting our daughter. Their communication is excellent - you can usually get answers quickly via email or phone. And if a card is lost (or stolen) they promptly inform us and offer remedies for the problem. I highly recommend True Link.

The Toggle Switches Are Awesome! They allow me to turn on and off specific stores, etc. Plus, as my client uses spoecific stores, they get added to the list that can be ALLOWed/BLOCKed This is effective in teaching budget limits, yet allows freedom to make choices. Keeps the games and apps at bay. My client thinks they are all free and unknowingly gets caught up in recurring monthly charges because of the very fine print. I recommend starting off with less restrictive spending limits, but definitely keeping the LINK's known "frauds" at bay from the start.

This is exactly what we needed! I have a family member with cognition issues who needs some help managing things like bills and paperwork. This person has their own income and can (and should!) live independently with access to their own funds. But unfortunately they are easily tricked and vulnerable to online and stranger scams. The scams have gotten so much worse lately and it's hard to stay ahead of it. The scammers get my family member on the phone and in a matter of minutes they have the bank card info and are charging it up. We have been in a constant cycle of finding out about a scam, canceling a debit card, challenging the fraudulent charges, and then having to reset all of their automatic bill payments or have them go without access to their own money while the new bank card ships. I asked their bank if they have any tools to help and they do not. This True Link card is awesome. The card holder, my family member, can use it for everything they need and I'm able to set all kinds of parameters and track spending from my computer and phone. My dashboard is super intuitive and I like that I can review recent transactions - both honored and blocked - and green light them or set dollar limits. The menu of transaction types that can be blocked is long and comprehensive, so I can block all of the things that my family member would never buy. Also like that I can add my own "block" companies and websites. Plus, the card can be turned completely off or completely on, I can get alerts for certain spending, and I can turn off all international.. and more. It's so much peace of mind. I keep recommending to friends who have similar needs for their families. Like other reviewers, it did take a full week for initial funds to clear and be available on the True Link card, but customer service was very responsive and it got figured out.

Very easy to use! Easy to transfer money and track expenses. Customer service is always quick and very helpful.
