TO THE EFFICIENCY OF LISA MARIE: I had an emergency with my sister's green card (aka food card!). LISA MARIE'S quick response and abilities to solve this problem was EXCELLENT+. I sent an email with an emergeny and stated I needed to speak with a representative as soon as possible. LISA MARIE called me within minutes and solved the problem instantly. (This was on on the 4th of July holiday weekend when banks are closed !) Because LISA MARIE solved the problem (above and beyone expections) with this card, my sister was able to purchase the necessary groceries she needed and LISA MARIE 'saved the day'! I am forever grateful for this service by LISA MARIE at True Link with the card that, in the long term, has allowed my sister to stay living in her home. I started working with True Link several weeks ago to establish an account for my sister. Every interaction I have had with the company, whether it be by phone or online, has been a great experience. The web site it easy to navigate and the staff has been extremely responsive in answering any questions or concerns I have. This is a wonderful service for both recipients and administrators and I highly recommend True Link to anyone having responsibility for others who might need financial oversight.

Makes getting money to my Fiduciary or Guardian accounts easy. Know how and where it's spent. Know if their balance is low and needs funds added.

True Link manages many accounts for our individual clients and the accounts of The Hawaii Caregivers Pooled Special Needs Trust. Their expertise, attention to detail and friendly assistance with any questions sets them apart in the arena of fund services management. I cannot recommend them more highly.

This week I had several problems with caregivers of our clients who were not using the correct PIN for their TrueLink card. (We love to have our clients use a TrueLink card because we can track who is spending what and where and we can block places we don't want them to use it). The customer service reps were more than wonderful! They fixed all of our problems, efficiently and kindly. Great service! AND they responded on a weekend!

This card is so wonderful. Customer service is superb. A rep will get back to you no matter what day or time and they are always very professional and answer questions well. The card allows freedom with needed restraints on spending. It has made our life much easier!
