True Link is a wonderful system for monitored spending. The customer service is outstanding- their team even on a Saturday responded back to us shortly after our query and was able to help us link a new card to our bank account and also showed us the emergency funding link so funds would be available on the card immediately- all on that Saturday! True Link is a Winner!

Excellent customer service! Sophie went above and beyond. I had a question and received an immediate response. However, Sophie took it a step further because I was concerned and she followed up with me a few days later to put my mind at ease and she let me know where everything was at without me needing to ask. I would definitely recommend their services!

I was searching for a renewable credit card for my elderly Aunt. I contacted True Link Financial and I was surprised that I was able to talk with someone immediately. The True Link Associate was so friendly and helpful! One time, I needed to add funds to my Aunt's account immediately and the Associate helped me do this while I was waiting on line. We got this card for my dad who has Alzheimers and it has helped a lot to keep his spending under control. We came up with a budget and then hooked the card up to all of his accounts so that we are able to keep tabs on his spending. True link support is really helpful and after you get everything set up its pretty hands off which is great for me
