I just received the most helpful & speedy customer service from True Link Financial. These folks were great at resolving an issue that I had. (The issue wasn’t even True Link’s doing.) It was an issue that I had put off and put off due due to my own procrastination. Still, they resolved the issue kindly & speedily. Great customer service & great product True Link offers. I 100% recommend!

Everyone I have spoken to though phone and email communications have showed extraordinary customer service. The app is easy to use and offers amazing functions. You are able to control everything as the administrator while still allowing the cardholder to learn and grow from the responsibility and independence of owning their own card. I absolutely recommend this card to all families who have the honor of caring for disabled family members!!!

I had a problem with having 2 separate kids on two account. They were able to streamline them so I could access them easier. They did so in less than 24 hours. They were kind and professional when I spoke to them. They explained the process and the ETA. They exceeded my expectation!
