True Link FinancialReviews of truelinkfinancial.com

Trulink has been a game changer! I am able to effectively and easily manage the finances for my parents while making sure they don't spend on things they shouldn't and protecting them from giving to online or phone scams.

Your website is easy to navigate and clear about what you're trying to accomplish.

Well-designed system. Easy setup, many options for managing and monitoring card use. Mobile app works well. You can reach a real person for support if needed.

The TrueLink account and card has been a godsend for being able to manage my friend's Special Needs Trust. It allows the beneficiary to have some control but still make sure we abide by the SNT rules. If I ever have an issue, TrueLink reps are always there to help out. A great company and a great product. We have been using TrueLink for about 4 years.

We use True Link for our payee clients and their customer service is first-rate.

I opened a True Link card for my special needs sister for whom I am guardian. The customer support staff at True Link were readily available for questions in pre/post process and were extremely helpful. The card is used by the support staff at the facility where she lives and so far it has worked wonderfully. The controls which can be applied is also extremely helpful. In the limited time it has been used, the staff at the facility tell me it is so easy to use and they highly recommend it.

True link has literally made our job so much easier! Very simple to use, as an administrator, clients love the card. True link support is very helpful! Knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We've never had a bad experience. We HIGHLY recommend this service!

My husband and I first got a Truelink card for my mother in law after she began having memory problems. As she slowly became unable to handle her finances, we needed a card both she and her care provider could easily use. We really appreciated being able to block unwanted stores and services, like ATMs, TV shopping clubs, and online purchases, while she and care providers could still use the card for grocery shopping, paying the doctor, dentist, salon, department stores, and so on. It’s been working just as we need it to, and the fee isn’t exorbitant. We’ve now gotten a card for my disabled sister in law. Truelink has simplified our lives and is a great convenience.
