True Link Financial has been a reliable and accessible service that has allowed me to easily convey money to my son who suffered from severe mental illness over many years. We did not live close by, but I would have used this service anyway because it allowed us to avoid the frictions involved with discussions about various problems relating to money. It was also easy to use. My son passed recently and I am thinking about the many support services relating to mental illness. I very much appreciate the thoughtful efficient program and people involved with True Link Financial. They responded to many situations such as lost cards very quickly. I recommend True Link Financial without reservation.

My 93-year-old father can have some financial dignity to pay for groceries, things at the hardware store, etc., and we can have peace of mind he is protected from scammers.

My cousin got my Mother a True Link card and adds $100 “mad money” to it monthly (Mom loves bargain hunting at resale stores). My spouse and I care for his twin sisters, and they used to have to come by our house to pickup cash. Now, with each having a True Link card, they enjoy their independence while we make sure they spend within their means. Before we took over their finances, one sister’s overdraft fees exceeded her monthly income. It also put a stop to unwanted people taking her regular debit card to “use as they pleased.” The $12 monthly fee does “hurt a bit,” but the cost-vs-rewards ratio makes it worth the price!

I'm so glad we found True Link. It's been a game changer for our family as we navigate the guardianship of a family member in another part of the country. It's wonderful to be able to deal directly with a human on staff when issues arise, and they are always very professional and understanding. I'm an administrator on this account and oftentimes run into a situation where the account needs to be emergency funded and they do that very well in an ordinary course of business. Today I was jammed up because a card was canceled and someone was coming out of the jail. They had the canceled card but they didn't have the new card that was sent. Customer service was able to restore the old service even though they said they can't do it on the website. They hooked me up thanks to the team

We use Truelink to provide personal money to our clients who need our payee services. They are wonderful for that purpose. We, along with our clients, enjoy using them. Great service, communicates well and solves issues and responds quickly.
