TrueLink Financial has been an essential tool for my family for over 10 years. My adult brother is disabled with a traumatic brain injury which made him susceptible to scams, fraud and making poor financial decisions (purchasing things that most people would recognize are too expensive). The TLF card has given me as card administrator an incredible tool to help my brother live his life as an adult to purchase all his "normal" purchases (food, gasoline for his car, going to the movies, etc.) without any issues. TLF has helped eliminate prior issues (like wire transfers to fake girlfriends online, or purchasing crazy expensive live music performance tickets). TLF has helped reduce the amount of time I have to spend "fixing" problem purchases and reduced the amount of money lost to fraud and scams. Worth every $ spent on their service. My brother even appreciates the TLF card as I have shown him how it has blocked fraudulent transactions, which has saved him money. I would give the True Link Financial product and service 10 stars if I could. A++++ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I’m the Executive Director of a pooled disability trust that serves approximately 100 individuals and have enjoyed a relationship of some sort with True Link for over 7 years. The relationship began solely as being the administrator of True Link’s debit cards issued to several Trust beneficiaries, and for the past 3 years True Link has been the Trust’s investment manager. Throughout that entire time, the support I have received from True Link’s support team has been incredible. I’ve had the opportunity over the years to access various help desks for many different reasons, and I usually find the response to be lacking in one way or another. Because of this, I’m thrilled to say that the support I’ve received from True Link has broken the mold. They have never disappointed me. Their responses are prompt and informative, and the staff genuinely care about doing whatever they can to ensure my satisfaction. It’s probably a good thing that Mick Jagger never had a reason to call True Link because if he had, he wouldn’t have been able to write that great song.

I needed help starting a new card for my son and I called and got Frances to help me and she was great! She took care of what I needed in a very friendly manner! TrueLink is a great way to provide a loved one with money! I have used their service for about a year and a half! I am a very satisfied customer and your staff is so helpful and friendly, especially Frances!

I am new to True Link, having set it up as part of guardianship for my nephew. It took me (at 83 yrs) a bit of time to get set up, but requested phone calls from True Link customer service, have greatly helped. I appreciate the extreme care that is reflected in the True Link account for transactions, to prevent fraud. True Link customer service have been so helpful in showing me how to approve the genuine charges for some vendors that people have abused, so that transactions with them can be suspect. A sincere thank you to True Link and their customer service for genuine care for finances, and for polite and timely responses for calls to customer service.

Hands down the very best customer service. They are wonderful about callbacks and follow through and always helpful with any questions.

I’ve had an account with True Link Financial for a few years now and every time I had an issue they would be able to resolve the issuue quickly and get me back on track. They are professional and have your back if you need to dispute a charge. Great and knowledgeable employees and they treat you with respect. Great Company.

Within 1 week of receiving the card it blocked an unsafe phone transaction that my loved one tried to make, solving our ongoing issue. I got notified immediately that it was blocked. Added bonus, there is no need to keep memorizing a pin number like debit cards.

I have had to reschedule out to True Link twice. Both times I received professional and concerning help from a lady named Frances. I sincerely endorse True Link customer service people.
