zola is good

Tell turehost to let my turn off registrar lock on my domain.

I'm giving these star to Zola not Truehost, Truehost have bad service and they take their time help people except this guy Zola, he's the only employee of the company that's doing great

Support are responsive and it took Zola barely 3hrs to have issues with my DNS setting resolved.

Their customer service is fast and quick and they are really trying. I recommended them for purchasing a domain and other services

One-star service. I’m really struggling to get my refund, especially after being charged twice this month. I previously submitted a case (Ticket #: 4168480) requesting that my debit order be disabled due to inconsistent billing practices. Despite this, I've been billed twice under the name "Truworths" as always, this month, which is deeply concerning. "Truworths" is a well-known fashion retailer, and this could be linked to a serious error that might even affect my credit profile. I've been trying to sort this out, but no luck so far. The response I got, without any investigation, was that no collections are done under the "Truworths" name. This is taking way too much time and effort on my end—it's pathetic. At this point, the only positive experience I’ve had is with chatbot Zola, which at least provides 4-star service.
