Trueform ConcreteReviews of trueformconcrete.com

The brackets for my sink are exactly what I needed.

Although the product performs perfectly. There is some difficulties with a particular representative that does not respond to our office. He does however respond to our company president.

Exactly as described. Great customer service. Quick responses by email and phone. So happy with my purchase!

Absolutely love my sink! Trueform was wonderful to work with and promised and delivered everything they promised. Will definitely will use them again!

Everything came out perfect for the exception that no holes where drilled for the soap dispensers.

I am a designer and construction manager. Working with Trueform was a great experience. They were professional, on time and went to great lengths upon install of a large conference table to make everything perfect and to our standards.

Great quality and delivery

Horrible experience. I would give them zero stars if possible. I had a bathroom sink and counter installed. I had to install a bracket myself under the countertop to keep it from wobbling. Then the sink started to stain not very long after installation. Response to my inquiry took forever. They wanted to reseal it and charge me. At my request, they finally agreed to re-seal it at half price. They told me not to use any harsh cleaners on it, so I only cleaned it with water, which is obviously not the most hygienic. Two months after resealing, my sink stained again. They actually had the nerve to tell me it was because either my toothpaste, mouthwash, etc. etched the sealer. I mean, this is a BATHROOM SINK!!!!!!!!! Who makes a bathroom product that cannot withstand ordinary toiletries. I would avoid them at all costs unless you're willing to not brush your teeth or shave and receive a total absence of customer support.
