We had them fabricate an outdoor…
We had them fabricate an outdoor counter top for us. It came out nicely. Since then its cracked and scratched, which is probably not atypical for an outdoor concrete counter. When we tried to get them to come out to remedy the problems, we did not feel a whole lot of customer service love shining through as: 1) they limited which days they would allocate to repair/maintenance, and 2) one service date after another got cancelled due to weather. I would have thought a $5K countertop would have resulted in better post-sale support.

Nice product, poor customer service

Embrace the patina!
The product is nearly impossible to keep in like new condition despite what they may claim. You have to accept the patina look which may take years to achieve. In the interim, the counter will just look like it's covered with water spots.

Thank you for your review Richard. As per our conversations, it is clear to us that the sealer was damaged either by the cleaners being used and/or by the lemons. Our sealer is very durable but is not invincible to harsh chemicals, acids, etc. so by not following our standard care and use practices, it can lead to stains such as the ones you are seeing. One of the major benefits of our sealer is its repairability though, so again, we would be happy to come out and re-seal the countertops to hopefully remove the stains and provide a fresh, new coat. Love the products, but long lead time
Love the products, but the lead time is way too far off. I would suggest you keep a small amount of your most common and popular colors in stock.

Thank you for your feedback Kris. Since the last time we spoke, we have created a new inventory program. Our most popular standard items now ship in under 3 weeks! Continual improvements to our production process have also decreased our current custom project lead time to approximately 3-5 weeks. We hope to have the opportunity to work with you again!
